**NEW LISTING** Tucked away in a secluded hill country setting and within the resort community of Point Venture, is our quaint Villa with access to all the resort amenities including pool, golf, tennis, lakefront park, and year round restaurant. The Villa sleeps up to 7 guests and has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. There are two queen beds, and one twin over full bunk beds. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and there is patio access from the master bedroom and an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The living room is complimented with ample seating, colorful decor, and a Smart TV. From here you can access the patio equipped with outdoor seating, and BBQ. Add a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6 and you have a wonderful place to entertain family and friends. Book now and enjoy later!

- There is parking space for 2 small cars in front of the property, additional first come first serve street parking available.
- A laundry closet with a washer/dryer is available for guest use.
- There is a Ring doorbell attached to the front door - the camera audio/video records for security purposes.
- Please note that this home can accommodate up to 2 Dogs, with an additional Pet Fee of $50 per stay. This fee is not included in your final booking price so if you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance.
