Deep in the Heart of Texas! Make yourself at home in this 1 bedroom + 1 gameroom (or second bedroom if needed) on the entire ground floor of a 3 story stone townhome. Amazing luxury area with shopping, trails, rivers, Lake Georgetown and the green belt nature all around. The bottom floor suite is separated from the rest of the townhome by a wall and the entrance to the suite is private. The owner lives on the third floor. The second floor is rarely used, so it is a quiet suite with great sleep!

The space features a king bed and an electric pump blow up bed for children in the second room closet. Perfect for a small group of 3, couples, or solo. Guests enjoy a clean and new home bathroom equipped with a hair dryer for added convenience. Guest controlled AC thermostat. A parking badge for lot spaces near the home. Roku television, 2 refrigerators, microwave, coffee and tea station. Shops, Spa, fitness, sushi, coffee, French bistro and bagels shop with bagels shipped from NY all walking distance. The famous locally sourced Monument Cafe and Diner, 5mn drive. Enjoy.
