Stay comfortably in a newly renovated 1-bedroom cottage near Spicewood and only 35 minutes from downtown Austin. The bedroom features a queen bed, while the cozy living room offers two sofa beds, perfect for extra guests. Guests enjoy a large bathroom with a refreshing shower. Climate control keeps the space enjoyable year-round with heating and AC. If you want to stay up late playing games and telling stories and still be first out on the lake the next morning for boating or skiing, this property has it at arms reach. We have a 2 person Kayak and large lilly pad for your enjoyment. The boat ramp is right next to the property. Whether relaxing indoors or planning your next adventure, this cottage provides a perfect retreat to make those memories. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.

My 53rd birthday at this lakefront cottage was nothing short of soul‑soothing. The moment my husband and myself, stepped onto the property, the world seemed to quiet itself. The lake stretched out like a sheet of glass, catching the morning light in a way that made each sunrise feel like a private celebration. We spent mornings kayaking, swimming, and peaceful hours on the porch, soaking in the lake and nature. Inside, the cottage was immaculate and full of thoughtful touches—soft linens, a perfectly stocked kitchen, and bathroom; also a cozy charm that made it impossible not to relax. Even the bathroom felt like a small sanctuary, with divine smelling, body wash, shampoo., and conditioner that gave the feeling of a spa retreat. Every detail came together to create a stay that felt both grounding and unforgettable. Thank you Derek and AnaWill definitely be back to stay!
