WE'RE SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE!! Nestled in a peaceful Austin neighborhood, our spacious retreat is designed to be the perfect home base for making memories with family and friends. With soaring ceilings, plenty of natural light, and a large tree-shaded backyard, you'll enjoy a relaxing atmosphere while staying just minutes from downtown Austin and easy access to the city's major highways

Indoor:

Intentionally designed for comfort, and connection in mind. The home features soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and an open layout that feels bright and welcoming from the moment you arrive. As the day winds down, warm light pours through the windows, filling the home with beautiful sunset views and a cozy atmosphere.

Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, from the comfortable bedding and quality linens to the carefully chosen furnishings and amenities. After years of hosting, we've continuously refined this space to create the kind of VRBO experience we would want ourselves: effortless, relaxing, and exceptionally comfortable

The Outdoor Retreat:

The backyard is built for relaxing and spending time together. Enjoy the hot tub under the pavilion, lounge in one of the seating areas, grill dinner outside, or gather around the fire pit at night. The yard GLOWS with fully surrounded lighting (Fully automated by a smart panel in the living room)


Entertainment:

The living room features a 75” HD TV with surround sound, plus additional TVs in the bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy ping pong, bag toss, card games, and outdoor speakers throughout the backyard

MOOD LIGHTING! We have the home fully set up with HUE lights to create the perfect atmosphere.

The ping pong table also converts into a large dining table, making the space flexible for meals, games, and group hangouts. The fully fenced yard is spacious, private, and great for both kids and pets

A must stay VRBO for all COTA motorsports fans! ALL of the rooms are so well-appointed including the small details in the kitchen, wine service area, night tables, yoga equipment AND EVEN assorted new flip flops and towels for the hot tub. There’s plenty of dishes, spices, and utensils. The communication and description is spot on and the pictures are accurate and current. Comfy beds and bedding. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.
