*NO Cats!!!
* NO more than 2 Dogs allowed. If more than two dogs are discovered you will be subject to extra cleaning fees.
* Pet fee does not cover cleaning up dog poop. All guests are expected to clean up after there pets. Extra cleaning fees will be charged if cleaner has to pick up poop.
* If you dog sheds please do not have them lay on furniture. Its extremly hard to get pet hair out of linens and couches.

Bugs Happen
Our homes are surrounded by nature and beautiful trees, which can occasionally bring uninvited guests — bugs! Because guests come and go frequently, you may occasionally see insects, including roaches known as Palmetto bugs. These are the outdoor type that come from the trees, not the kind associated with dirty homes.

We have professional pest control service every quarter and do our best to minimize their presence, but we can’t completely control nature. Please know we’re doing everything possible to keep our spaces clean and comfortable — and we appreciate your understanding that bugs sometimes happen in Texas!
