The Space:
Step into this retreat nestled amongst the trees where a open-concept living area, kitchen, and dining space greet you, all adorned with windows that frame views of a serene backyard oasis featuring a private pool just steps away from Barton Springs and Zilker Park. The ability to walk to two of the most beautiful places in the City of Austin makes this property truly magical!

Relax in the living room while meals are prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, then gather around the dining table or kitchen island for a delightful meal. If you aren't able to fully unplug during your visit, you'll be happy to find a designated workspace just up the stairs where you will again be inspired by the views through the big picture windows.

When bedtime beckons, retreat to three cozy bedrooms. The second-floor primary bedroom boasts a plush king bed and an en suite bathroom with a spa-like soaking tub and shower. Upstairs, discover two more bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the other with a full bed and twin bunk beds—alongside a shared full bathroom for added self care.

Outdoors, Barton Oasis truly shines with multiple seating areas, ample shade, and a splendid pool beckoning for relaxation. Loro Austin: Pitmaster Aaron Franklin and chef Tyson Cole introduced Asian smokehouse to Texas barbecue in this rustic spot with a giant patio that offers beer, wine, and cocktails to pair with the delicious food.

Guest Access:
We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Getting Around:
Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Please pay close attention to following house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at a Portoro home are required to sign a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Over occupancy will result in a fine up to $250 per additional head or $2000 if an event is occurring during a guest stay.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro directly.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- The home has cameras for external monitoring only.
- Reservations made during festivals and conferences are nonrefundable.
- Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas require all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6 percent and the city requires 11 percent.
- A portion of the city hotel tax helps support musicians and related businesses.
- For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do NOT record any audio.

Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
