The separate toilet is on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with an American-style fridge and a large dining table for 8. The property offers high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, and a high chair for children.



Outside, relax in your private garden with direct access to the Loire cycling path and an uncovered private terrace. A pleasant small veranda extends the living area, providing extra space to unwind.
