The MOULIN DE TARTAY flour mill dates back to 1874.
Classified as 4 star furnished tourist accommodation since January 24, 2024.
Part of the Moulin de Tartay, a 45 m2 gîte under the roof has a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower
Italian style and a separate toilet.
It is designed for 2 people (bed 190 x 140) and 1 teenager (sofa bed 190x140).
​Young children (0-3 years old) are welcome.
After two wooden staircases in the Moulin de Tartay farmhouse (31 steps with landings),
the accommodation includes an open fitted kitchen, a living room opening onto the kitchen
​and a flat-screen TV is provided.
WiFi is free and air-conditioned in the accommodation.
A laundry room outside the accommodation is at your disposal.
Automatic, secure gate and an independent entrance to access the Moulin de Tartay accommodation.
The MILL is under surveillance by external cameras.
The land is fenced and secure (12000 m2).
The garden consists of a heated swimming pool 7 by 3 by 1.50 meters deep, unsupervised (open from April to September) protected by a wrought iron fence and a protective curtain to C.E. standards (a discharge will be requested to each client and for each stay) open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. for safety reasons, a swing in the form of a portico under the responsibility of the parents (open from May to October), a trampoline limited to one person and less than 90 KG (open from May to October), a garden basket limited to 90 KG with its cushions.
The garden is shared only with the tenants of the Moulin de Tartay estate.
A private terrace with a Barbecue and a Pizza Oven is available.
A football, beach volleyball and pétanque field, and a basketball hoop are also at your disposal.
“The SPA”
du Moulin de Tartay is an old outbuilding (a glass roof) that we renovated to complement our activities within the estate (open from October to April).
It is exclusively reserved for people staying on site.
Prohibited for children under 10 years old.
A shower, obligatory before the session, is available in the relaxation area.
The first module: the “JACUZZI” is private, you are asked to reserve your slot the day before,
for the first session between 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. or the second session between 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The first session is 50 euro for 1 hour of relaxation with a relaxing place to rest and enjoy a cup of tea if you wish.
For the second session between 5 and 9 p.m. it is also 60 euro for 1 hour.

Information on the “JACUZZI”:
It’s a little marvel of ergonomics thanks to its
two ultra-comfortable elongated benches offering a well-reclined backrest and heightening
legs which will promote blood circulation.
You will also appreciate the captain's place, very wide and offering
a full body massage in a seated position.
On the massage side, you will enjoy a very varied therapeutic course: weightless massage, intense massage, lumbar massage... each place offers you a different massage with different jet techniques to be able to free your body from daily tensions.
A music system is integrated to complete your escape.
A car charging station is available (additional charge).
The accommodations are non-smoking.
Animals are not allowed.
A dog is on site as well as chickens, roosters and geese.

No noise pollution after 10 p.m.
