Located just three houses from the beach and downtown, this home is a quintessential beach house in the heart of Avila Beach. Restaurants, wine tasting rooms, coffee shops, and boutiques are all just steps away, while San Luis Obispo, Edna Valley, Pismo Beach, the Oceano Dunes, and Port San Luis are only a few miles away.

This luxury beach house is your home base for a relaxing escape, offering all the comforts you’d expect. The fully stocked kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a gas range and oven, wine fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry, and a nearby balcony with a natural gas BBQ grill.

There are plenty of seating areas for sit-down meals, game nights, or catching up with friends and family. The dining room table seats six, the breakfast nook seats four, and the eat-in bar accommodates four more. This upscale condo features dark hardwood floors throughout and two ocean-view balconies—perfect for soaking in the scenery or grilling your favorite meal.

This is an amazing property just steps from the boardwalk and pier. You get a side view of the ocean from the living room window. It is very well appointed and clean - owners have thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The only bad part was having to leave!

Wonderful Property, Wonderful Property Manager

Property was well equipped, well maintained. And when there were a few minor challenges (which is inevitable with a VRBO), the property manager was on top of it - even on a Sunday. Great location which enabled us to enjoy the beach and the small town (Avila Beach) which was a block or two away. Relaxing and fun.

Wonderful place

Avila Beach is a wonderful town and this is a wonderful two bedroom apartment right near the beach
 Everything about the place makes us want to buy one of our own! The location, the design and decor, the size, and most importantly very, very, very comfortable beds
 So comfortable. Only hiccup might be that the heating seem to be based on an automatic gas fireplace, Which in the bedroom does light it up in the middle of the night
 But maybe I just didn’t figure it all out Wonderful place and wonderful hosts! Definitely worth The price that we paid

Beautiful condo

Beautiful condo in a great location. It’s very close to the beach and has a nice partial view of the ocean from the living area. The house is very comfortable and we loved the water pressure in showers. Would definitely stay here again. Only feedback I would provide is the floors could have been a bit cleaner. There was some food on the floors, under the couch and under the dinner table, when we arrived. We also could not use the dishwasher due to a bad smell that would stink up the kitchen when opened, so we hand washed dishes instead. We did not communicate this to the property manager since we didn’t want to interrupt our vacation by having anybody coming into condo while we were there.

A quick step to the beach

A comfortable and stylish condo just steps away from the beach at Avila. We enjoyed our stay, our ease of access to the ocean, morning and evening walks on the beach, strolling the boardwalk, dining at the local restaurants. The condo is nicely furnished, fully stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds. Great spot!

The property was exactly as depicted. It was clean, organized, and beds were comfy. It is walking distance to anywhere in Avila, and garage parking was nice to have. All living space is upstairs, so make sure all in your party are ready for them.

The rental was furnished exactly to my taste. The kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Try he one annoying thing was that delivery trucks park right outside the unit and don’t turn their engines off so it’s very loud when they deliver every morning.

This property was just wonderful! It was fully stocked. Hand soap, shampoo and conditioner, many pots and pans. Comfortable beds, lovely decor, just a block to the quaint shops and restaurants and peaceful Avila beach. Book and enjoy!

Maintenance Issues

There were some minor issues with bathroom brackets that were not able to hold even a light bathroom. The major issue were the wall AC Units. One of the bedroom units leaked water all night and even if was turned off, the unit made loud noises and would drop water, keeping occupants awake. Repair people came in 4 days later (only one day before we left and were unable to fix the problem until we vacated. They also indicated that units had been improperly installed. These are the type of problems most people want to avoid when on vacation.
