A favorite among guests, our condo is located in the heart of Avila Beach and steps to warm white sands. This luxury studio condominium is custom designed for every comfort, showcases: a unique circular floor plan; ocean view from the private wrap-around deck; fully equipped gourmet kitchen; walk-in shower; washer/dryer; SmartTV and more.

Just steps from the sandy shore, the Courtyard at Avila, known for its award winning architecture with ocean and lovely hillside views, is also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and adventure! The courtyard has a private gated entrance that leads you into a plaza of water features, sea art sculptures and access to the secured parking garage. This luxury condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage and is located on the second floor, above the Avila Wine & Roasting Co. (San Miguel & 1st St).

Note on sleeping arrangements: This condo is a studio-style layout with a queen bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the same open space. There is no partition or privacy panel between the two sleeping areas.

There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.

Great view! Lot’s of stairs. VERY Uncomfortable bed, very small shower, loud road noise with produce trucks, landscaper made noise at 7am. Uncomfortable furniture and terrible host communication! Smaller than expected BUT AMAZING view 
 unit gets quite stuffy!

Relaxing Getaway

The place was a perfect size for the two of us and it has great access to the beach, shops, restaurants and hiking trails. Super quiet, yet in the middle of everything. Plus, only minutes to SLO, Pismo Beach, Montana de Oro State Park and others. Highly recommend this place!

Cute place!

This place was very cute and very comfortable! The beds were very comfortable and it was nice that they included beach towels and chairs! Being in a round condo was very unique and different. The long patio was fun for evening cocktails or morning coffee. The location is great as it is not even a block away from the ocean and you can see the beach from the condo. The large windows provide great sunlight into the space! Great stay!

25th Wedding Anniversary

Property was exactly as described. Check in/check out was easy breezy. Location is walking distance to EVERYTHING! If you, or anyone in your group has mobility issues, this rental is not for you as you need to access the front door/deck via the staircase on the side of the rental every time you leave and return. Beach chairs and towels provided. Kitchen appliances all new and top of the line. Keurig AND 12 cup drip coffee maker! Stocked with flatware, dishes, pots, pans & cooking utensils. If you don't bring your own food/munchies for a long term stay, there's no major market in town. Closest big grocery store is about a 15 minute drive. Cocktails for 6, dinner for 4, sleeping for 2!!!

Our stay was great. Our property manager was very helpful.we go to Avila beach at least 3 times a year. Always wanted to stay in the round unit. Got my wish & loved it. Our only problem we don’t do stairs very well. Give it s 5 star rating.

Awesome stay close to all the places we wanted to go. Right by the beach!

We had a great time! Beautiful clean property! Only negative was all of the trash trucks and delivery trucks that came early in the morning every weekday. Would still book for any upcoming trips! Everyone we dealt with was nice and checking in was easy! Thank you so much!

Charming Condo Near the Beach

My husband and I just completed a four night stay at this Avila Beach condo. It is very near the beach and you can see the water from the balcony. It is very spacious and clean with a fully stocked kitchen. It is also quiet and safe and offers included secure underground parking. I would highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful Avila Beach Studio

We rented this property along with another unit in the same complex for extended family. This property became the go-to spot for the balcony and view.. Perfect for morning coffee and HH. It served our short term needs very well but would benefit from a music system and a better bed. Neither of these suggestions would stop us from renting this property again though. Great location, comfortable and very satisfactory.

This location was perfect. Very clean and is equipped with everything you need.

This is an amazing location. The kitchen is nice and it has an open floor plan. I didn't know it was more like a studio than a one bedroom when I booked it. Everything was easy from parking to getting in and checking out. This property does require you to take all trash to dumpsters, putting towels in washer and cleaning dishes etc. I would stay again because of the location and cleanliness. I never once had to ask the host for anything because everything was listed in their guide. Thumbs up for making it so easy.

Location, location, location!

This was the perfect place for my family and I. We have 2 kids (8, 10) and it was more than I expected. The room is small but we spent a lot of time on the balcony. Great for having your coffee while reading in the morning and having a nice glass of wine in the evening. I think this room has the best view in the whole complex. Everything was super clean and all instructions were clear. Office staff was super friendly. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing, Just Steps from the Beach

Rented for a girls trip to Avilia Beach. Wonderful property and great service from Terri and Seven Sisters. Unit was just as described, fully loaded kitchen (if you want to cook) and fun balcony with beach views. Complex has great courtyard and many friendly vacationers, parking spots were a bonus. The check in, check out process was simple and great communication/emails from Seven Sisters! Can’t wait to come back to this or another of their properties!

Great location. Very nice little condo. Parking spaces were key. The electronic combination lockset's battery went out and had to be replaced (we were temporarily locked out), but 7 Sisters PM was one the spot in minutes to take care of it. Overall had a great time.

Wonderful getaway for locals

We live about 15 miles from Avila and it is one of our favorite places. I rented 95 San Miguel for a surprise birthday getaway for my husband and it was perfect. So glad we could do something like this even during Covid-19. We really needed some distance from reality while staying close to home for the holidays.

Highly Recommended

Love this place! Perfect for one or two people just a few steps from the beach. Lots of fun things to do in the area. We rented bikes around the corner and explored Avila Beach. The only thing I would suggest is a negative (and this is more about VRBO than 7 Sisters) is that two weeks to get your security deposit seems too long for me. Why so long? Other than that, I would stay here again in a heartbeat,
