Wander into the village to discover boutique shops, beachfront cafes, restaurants, and the much loved Avoca Beach Picture Theatre, renowned for its unique atmosphere and mix of independent films, live performances, and latest releases. For active guests, enjoy tennis, barefoot bowls, kayaking, paddle boarding, scenic coastal walks, and all the natural beauty the Central Coast has to offer.
Accommodating up to 12 guests (maximum 10 adults), plus three cots for little ones, Avoca Sands features:
