Welcome to this remarkable, ‘rustically refined’ alpine chalet situated in an exclusive residential enclave of Beaver Creek. This expansive homestead affords both accessibility to all the recreation this area has to offer and privacy to accommodate your families needs. Enclave #217 is located right on the renowned Beaver Creek Golf Course and just minutes away from some of the best skiing in the world. The decor is classically charming, with a substantial great room boasting floor to ceiling windows. The earthen tones in leather and plaid of the fashionably suited furnishings add just the right amount of natural authenticity to the grand manor. It offers a plentitude of light, fantastic views and an ample patio, accoutered with a grill and private hot tub. Dial-a-ride shuttle service also available for your convenience.
*Summer 2024 pool, hot tubs, and tennis courts will be unavailable due to remodel.*

This large, 5 bedroom luxurious home has had numerous recent upgrades, including new high end bathrooms. There’s a full gourmet kitchen, 6 flat screen TVs, high speed WiFi, washer & dryer, gas fireplace, 2 car garage, and tennis courts & swimming pool (summer only). This is a great fit for a large group of people, and your trip to the base of Beaver Creek Mountain will be very short! The bottom of Centennial lift is three minutes away, via a drive to the parking garage, or using the on demand Village Connect service. This is truly one of the best fall, winter, spring, or summer options for a home away from home in Beaver Creek, Colorado!

Great house in Beaver Creek

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! House is clean, comfortable, and very convenient for skiing using the on-demand shuttle. We all enjoyed having our own bathrooms and large comfortable bedrooms. We did have some trouble with the heater but the rental company was very responsive and got it fixed quickly. We would love to stay here again!

Fantastic Property in the heart of Beaver Creek

We stayed in this property with our adult kids and their spouses. The description and pictures very accurately describe this property. It was clean and the check-in / check-out process could not have been easier. It is in a great location with easy access to all that Beaver Creek has to offer. The use of the Beaver Creek shuttle makes everything very accessible and easy for everyone. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location , beautiful views

The location was excellent and the size of the home was perfect for our family. The mountain views were stunning. The pool and tennis court was very nice. The amenities fit our needs. We were disappointed that the fire pit didn't work and there were multiple features that needed repair during our stay. All in all, we had a very nice vacation.

The home comfortably fit five adult couples. Nice size for all to enjoy, but needs quite a bit of basic repairs. With a little TLC this place could be even better than it was.

Wonderful Beaver Creek visit!

Our group of 8 friends and family had a wonderful trip. House is perfect for group of couples. Would also be good for families. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds very comfortable. Hot tub was great after days of skiing. The on property shuttle was terrific. Rarely had any wait longer than 5 minutes and the drivers were very friendly. Ate at Allie's Cabin and NorthSide Kitchen. Recommend both.

Family Reunion

We reserved this beautiful home for family as one family member has a home a few doors down. This separation did not bother the adults or kids. We walked back and forth along the green space behind the houses. The rooms were spacious and everyone settled in comfortably in the five bedrooms/each with their own bath! The home was well stocked with coffee fixings, paper towels, trash bags, and all the serving utensils necessary for the four adults, two teens and three children. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home and for arranging for the perfect weather.

The house was awesome but TV in main living area would not work as directed. A secondary remote was referenced in the instruction but could not be found. Very disappointing when wanting to watch college football.

We enjoyed the house and the Dial a ride service .

Beautiful house with enough beds and bedrooms for our family. The large table in the eating area was perfect for our family of ten. The hot was a big hit and a requirement for winter ski trip in BC. Easy to get to and from the slopes with dail-a-ride service. Not easy to get hold of the property management company as their hours were Monday thru Friday 9 to 5. They also didn’t follow through with a call or text message when the house would be available to move in. They had promise to do so on two occasions when I called them. Once in we loved the house.

Fall getaway

The property is in an excellent location. Next to the golf course, close to town, on the shuttle route. We did find that the home needed several repairs. One of the windows had a large hole in it, possibly due to a golf ball. With that said, you have to be careful when sitting out on the patio because the home is in the line of being hit by balls. The gas fireplace on the patio did not work. The hot tub was green. They came out and fix that quickly but the water was so chlorinated it was hard to use. Unfortunately BeaverCreek water is not very good so the home does have a water filter, but it was not working well and water only trickled out. Some windows were unusable because they didn’t lock well. The toilet paper holder in one of the bathrooms was held together by tape. All small things, but the property does need some attention to detail.

Beautiful Home

This house has great living and sleeping areas. The 2 master bedrooms were perfect and the kids had large bedrooms. I loved the heated floor in the master bath. The management company replied to all of my questions promptly and we were happy we were allowed to check in an hour early and check out an hour late. We enjoyed the hot tub everyday. We took advantage of the dial-a-ride shuttle everyday. It works like Uber but it’s free. I highly recommend this house.

The House had all the basics when we were there. Reduced trips to the grocery store. Enough room for are family. Great location with a lot of open space fronting the golf course, nice to have a garage.
