Prices for mediocre food and drink are insulting. $100+ a day extra “resort” and “civic” fees tacked onto daily room charge, they tell you how much they expect to be tipped at the spa without you asking them at spa checkout.. far away from town..absolutely No activities when there is not enough snow to ski.. told them Inwas coming for my birthday and not even a happy birthday..we ended up staying at the Sonnenalp in vail half Of the trip (so i had to pay for 2 rooms at once) because there was nothing to do there and you are up on a hill 20-30 minutes from everything.cant walk anywhere. Must cancel 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE ir they take 100 pct from you. Not accomodating and couldnt care less about your experience. Got the feeling they just wanted to milk everyone for what they could.
