The hotel did not have the family room condo available when we checked in. They put us in a triple room for first night, then moved us the next day to family
Room. They could not figure out how to reimburse us for the first night stay since it was a lower cost room by 100 euros. We had to pay entire price upfront or we would not be able
To stay. Now I have to ask Travelocity to reimburse us. Beds were hard could not sleep, rooms were clean, breakfast was ok, staff was nice, kid loved water slide and playground.

Dear Mary, we are sorry about this circumstances about the room, but on your arrival date whe had your condo reserved for you but you refused to stay in this room because it had one aircondition. So we showed you our alternatif and you accepted to stay one night in this Triple room. The next day we moved you in a condo with two airconditions. And as a excuse we did not charge your extra food and beverage for 3 days. We are sorry that we had to change your room. But it was your wish. best regards from Ayvalık.
