New property close to historic old city Ayvalik. Very clean rooms and surroundings. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast served everyday on the outdoor patio. Free onsite parking provided (a rarity for downtown Ayvalik). You have to navigate narrow cobblestone streets to reach the hotel when arriving by car since it is located in the old town. Will stay again when we are in Ayvalik.

We stayed here for one night. It seems to be fairly new. We had comfy beds, nice linens and blankets, very clean and tidy bathroom. The breakfast was really good. The owners are super friendly. Not much English but we managed with smiles and hand signals. A really cozy stay in a pension style accommodation.

Perfect little hotel for a night or two

Great little family-run hotel. Seems brand new, so great value for money and about a 10-minute walk to the ferry. Would definitely stay here again when passing through Ayvalik.

Yeri merkeze yakın iyiydi, kahvaltısı güzeldi ama çift kişilik oda bodrum katındaydı orası çok dar ve havasızdı onun yerine bize üst katta üç kişilik bir yer ayarladılar çözüm odaklı olmaları güzeldi ama yine bu durum hoş değildi. Genel beğendim ortalama kalınabilir bir yer.

Arkadaş grubu olarak kaldık ve çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz ve kahvaltısı gerçekten ev kahvaltısı gibi dolu dolu ve taze-temiz... Güler yüzlü çalışanlar ve samimi ortamıyla biz memnun kaldık. Sadece ara sokaklarda biraz zor anlar yaşadık, otele giderken önerim sahil yolundan gelmeniz sonrası çok daha rahat olacaktır. Teşekkürler Şirin Garden

Otele girdiğimizde güzel karşılandık. Odamız temiz ve genişti. Kahvaltıları mükemmeldi,lezzetliydi. Konumu merkezde olması iyiydi. 5 dk yürüyünce minibüslere binebiliyorsunuz. Taksi ile otogardan 15 dk mesafededir.
