Tout s'est bien passé car il y avait très peu de monde dans la résidence. En revanche dès que nous avons eu des voisins, nous avons malheureusement constaté que les maisons son très mal insonorisees. Par ailleurs, un petit rafraichissement (peintures, miroirs...) serait bienvenu.
