The saltwater pool with its Roman steps is 1.55 metres deep and is surrounded by a lush and sunny garden. The tastefully furnished interior of this house as well as the high ceilings and old beams exude a discreet charm. The living area opens onto a terrace with beautiful views, ideal for relaxing and enjoying a convivial meal. The first floor is accessible by a lift, which is worth mentioning. There is also a large games room with a TV area, billiards and table football.

The small Azillanet awaits you in a unique setting. You are only 50 minutes from beaches such as Gruissan beach, 8 km from the Etang de Jouarre, 35 km from Narbonne, 40 km from Carcassone and 50 km from Béziers. The pretty, narrow streets, the church, the old monastery, the fountains and the former public wash houses bear witness to its past. Together with the Dolmen de la Cigalière and the small cave containing the remains of ancient Roman villas and churches, you can walk in the footsteps of the past. Children can play in the local playground and beautiful gardens.

Azillanet is located at the foot of the Causse, 3 kilometres from Minerve, a fantastic Cathar site. Admire the natural arches, a famous landmark, as well as the many original caves carved out by the river Cesse!
