• Guest Bedroom – Features newly added bunk beds, ideal for kids or additional guests

The home comfortably sleeps 5 guests, and we can provide a mini mattress for the playroom tent if needed, allowing the space to sleep up to 6.

Families love the indoor play area with a play tent, giving kids their own fun space for imaginative play during your stay.

Kitchen

The kitchen includes everything needed to prepare simple meals, snacks, or morning coffee before heading out to explore.

Outdoor Space

The outdoor area includes fun play features for kids and space to enjoy the coastal breeze. It's a great place for children to play while adults relax nearby. Includes a trampoline, slide, sand box, bikes, soccer goal and batting net.

Golf Cart Rental

For an additional fee of $50 per day, you can rent our 4-seater golf cart to explore the neighborhood or make trips to nearby attractions more fun and convenient. A local favorite, the waterfront bar and restaurant Noah’s Ark, is just a quick golf cart ride away— perfect for grabbing a meal or enjoying drinks with a view. Just in front of Noah’s Ark, you'll find the closest boat ramp and a public fishing pier. Plus, on your way to Noah’s Ark, you'll pass another public fishing pier, making this the ideal way to explore the area’s water activities.
