In the attic there is a spacious 2-room apartment for up to four people (75 m2) with a large balcony to the west side. The ceiling of the entire apartment is covered with wood. New vinyl flooring in the living room, bedrooms and hallway. The apartment consists of a kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso machine, coffee machine, toaster etc., a large living room with wall unit, sofa set, dining table and 2 additional beds behind a room divider, telephone, cable TV, flat screen, stereo, DVD player, a bathroom with new walkin shower and a bedroom with double bed (2 x 2 m) and a large wardrobe.

A parking space in the carport belongs to this apartment.

Internet via WLAN and calls to German landlines as well as DVD rentals are free of charge.

Haus Ahorn offers non-smokers comfortable holiday apartments - with a parking space, swimming pool and sauna. In addition, 2 e-bikes can be rented.

Haus Ahorn is located at the Kurpark, about an eight-minute walk to Solemar and the town center.

Haus Ahorn was built in 1992 in an exclusive location on a large plot in a green area. Since December 2006 there has been a small swimming pool with a counter current system and a sauna. Both can be used exclusively by the holiday guests.

From 10 nights we give every guest one day of use of the e-bikes.
