Inmitten des Elstergebirges, das an den Naturpark Vogtland grenzt, liegt auf einer Höhe von ca. 500 bis 600 Metern der Kurort Bad Elster. In dem von Wäldern umgebenen Ortsteil Sohl befindet sich dieses Haus mit zwei Wohnungen sowie ein gemütliches Ferienhaus für bis zu 10 Personen auf einem 12.000 m² großen Grundstück.

Das Anwesen ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren durch die interessante und abwechslungsreiche Umgebung. Sohl liegt außerdem unmittelbar neben dem Kurort Bad Elster, der sich mit seinem umfangreichen Wellnessangebot und den vielen Restaurants besonders an weniger schönen Tagen hervorragend anbietet.

Sehr zu empfehlen sind Ausflüge nach Dresden (ca. 120 km), Chemnitz (ca. 70 km) oder ins benachbarte Tschechien.
