erster Blick ok, zweiter Blick oweh !!!

Auf den 1. Blick schien alles so weit zu passen, nach dem Bezug der Wohnung fielen uns SEHR VIELE Mängel auf : die gesamte Whg. ist zwar renoviert und frisch gestrichen, allerdings sind z.B. im Bad auf dem Boden und an den Türstöcken in Bad, Kü und Schlafzimmer Farbreste. An den sehr billig angebrachten Küchenleisten kleben noch die Preisschilder, weder Salatschüssel noch Spülmittel, geschweige denn Salz und Pfeffer sind in den Schränken zu finden. Im Bad gibt es keinerlei Haken um etwas aufzuhängen (Kulturbeutel, Waschlappen und dgl.), lediglich ein wackeliges Handtuchregal, in dem saubere Handtücher zusammengelegt lagern. Nicht einmal ein Hocker oder Regal um Kulturbeutel oder Kleidung vor dem Duschen ablegen zu können.Auf den wackeligen Ständer kann man gerade mal 3 kleine Handtücher ablegen. Der Boden ist mit restlichen Farbklecksen versehen ! Das Waschbecken ist viel zu klein für die Tiefe des darüber hängenden Spiegelschranks, d.h. schon beim Waschen des Gesichts muss man Angst haben sich zu stoßen ! Einen Handtuchhalter neben dem Waschbecken gibt es nicht, nur die vorgebohrten Löcher in der Wand. ....die gesamte (!) Wohnung ist mit Billigstmöbeln und äußerst lieblos ausgestattet ! Ein Fön liegt im Garderobenschrank im Flur. Alle Schränke , Schlafzimmer und Flur, haben nicht mal einen Türknauf zum öffnen. Es gibt zwar 2 Schlafzimmer, aber in beiden Räumen gibt es KEINE ZIMMERTÜR (! ),lediglich 1 Flurtür für beide Schlafzimmer, d.h. alles ist mehr oder weniger offen ! Es gibt KEIN WLAN !!!!!!!!! Zum Schluß der Außenbereich: In einer FEWO , die für 5 Personen ausgeschrieben ist, stehen 2 Gartenstühle und eine Gartenliege mit Tisch auf dem Balkon zur Verfügung.....das sollte man doch wissen ! Wir waren zu dritt vor Ort und die 3. Person musste auf einem klapprigen Ausziehsofa nächtigen.Wir würden diese Wohnung nur bedingt weiterempfehlen. Was wirklich gut war ist die Lage der Wohnung, (so weit möglich ) sauber geputzt und eine freundliche Schlüsselübergabe bei der Anreise.
