The apartment is 75 sqm, accommodates 4 guests, and is located on the top floor. Both bedrooms have a double bed. In the living room, you will find a comfortable sofa, armchair, cabinet, and TV. The dining area offers a table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. Enjoy relaxing on the south-facing balcony. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Towels, kitchen towels, and bed linen are provided. Your bicycle can be stored securely in the bike box. Parking is available directly at the house. The guest KONUS card is available on request for an additional fee. The apartment is suitable for holidaymakers and spa guests (March–October), but not for workers. Air conditioning is provided.

The holiday flats are located in a quiet, well-kept residential area in the middle of a lovingly landscaped outdoor area with a southern flair. A little hidden oasis of relaxation! All holiday flats are stylish, modern and comfortably furnished.

Bicycles with 6-speed gears and low entry can be hired for a fee. Shopping facilities are nearby. The centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. The bus/train stop is approx. 5 minutes away. With the Konus card, buses and regional trains can be used free of charge.
