In the new chalet (June 2011) at 1600m in the Lavanttal in Carinthia you can enjoy all the amenities of a modern hideaway - and yet you are grounded in a wonderful way. With lots of wood and attention to detail, sauna - outdoor whirlpool, 2 cozy bedrooms, living and dining area with gas fireplace, we want to invite you to catch the breath of the mountains.
On a living area of 80m², our alpine hut offers space for 4 + 2 people.
If you're looking for peace and quiet, we've come to the right place. Fortunately, everyday noise and street noises can be found under the summit of the Klippitztörl. The journey to this special place at 1600m should be as relaxed as possible, which is why our chalet is easily accessible for every car.


Winter: In winter you have the opportunity to ski directly from the hut to the slopes and back again.
With a total of 32 km of piste descents with 6 ski lifts and 13 runs in different levels of difficulty, there is something for everyone. The ski area is one of the top Kärtner ski areas (90% with artificial snow).

Spring, summer, autumn: The Klippitztörl is part of the municipality of Bad St. Leonhard in the Lavant Valley. It is known as Carinthia's paradise.
The region offers a wide range of sports and leisure activities. A high ropes course, free climbing, a summer toboggan run and horse riding, as well as golf and guided hikes round off the activity program. A clear mountain lake is located 200m from the hut. Not to be forgotten is the refreshment stop in many inns, alpine huts, snack stations, the fresh mountain air makes you hungry. Excursion destinations: Wolfsberg, Graz, Wöhrtersee / Klopeinersee, castles, castles.

Great Chalet!
My wife and I had a fabulous weekend at Walter’s place. The chalet is very clean and well stocked. The view is spectacular. The hot tub and sauna are perfect for the end of a long day of hiking. We can only recommend a stay.

Das Chalet ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vor Ort, was man als Familie mit Kindern so benötigt. Darüber hinaus ist alles sehr sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Sauna und der Whirlpool sind natürlich die Highlights. Das Skigebiet ist gut für Familien geeignet. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir waren mit Kleinkind und Hund in dieser wahnsinnig tollen Unterkunft, ich würde 10 Sterne vergeben wenn ich könnte. Am Anreisetag hatten wir spät abends eine Heizungspanne. Vermieter wurde kontaktiert (abends um 22 Uhr) und am Folgetag kam um 7:30 Uhr ein Heizungsmonteur, der das defekte Teil am Gaskamin austauschte. Alles war reibungslos, super schnell und freundlich! Die Unterkunft an sich ist ein Traum, wirklich sehr schön sauber gewesen, alles schön gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Handtücher ebenfalls fantastisch weich - das habe ich schon ganz anders erlebt. Der Whirlpool draußen sowie die Sauna im Obergeschoss sind das Krönchen und haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Die Umgebung ist auch toll, man kann zur Ski-Piste laufen (mit Schleichweg), es gibt schöne Spazierwege für Hundehalter wie uns und Restaurants, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Wir waren eine Woche hier über die Feiertage und hatten an einem Tag starken Schneefall, es kamen sehr schnell Räumfahrzeuge, sodass die Wege dennoch mit Schneeketten befahrbar waren. Wir danken für den fantastischen Aufenthalt, die beeindruckende Unterkunft und die außergewöhnliche Gastfreundschaft sowie den Service.

Wunderbares Chalet mit allem was man sich wünschen kann und noch mehr. Der Whirlpool, die Sauna, Michaela, ihr Mann und der Vermieter, Herr Kärtner selber, alle(s) topp!!!! Ausgezeichnete Kommunikation im Vorfeld und während des Aufenthalts nach Auftreten eines kleinen Problems. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Entspannung pur!
Wir haben im Chalet Chesetta eine Woche verbracht und uns dort rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Von hier aus kann man wunderbar Wanderungen starten und abends in der Sauna oder dem Whirlpool den Tag ausklingen lassen. Das Haus hat alles, was man benötigt und die nächste Ortschaft ist nur ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt (ca 15 Minuten). Von uns gibt es dafür 5 Sterne ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!
