Our 140m ² holiday home offers an exclusive location, located in the midst of the former Prossener vineyard, with a unique view of the Elbe, Lilienstein and fortress Königstein, only 300m from the Elbe Cycle Path. Whether you come for hiking, cycling or just relaxing, here you will be able to meet all your needs. Parking is available directly at the house, for bicycles or motorcycles is a lockable garage.

X-mas stay

Great house and location. Friendly host. Street to the house is quite challenging during the winter. You need a 4x4 (in case of snow).

Wir hatten zu viert eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auch die Bettwäsche und die Kissen sind ausgezeichnet. In der Küche hat nichts gefehlt. Die Fußbodenheizung im ganzen Haus ist sehr angenehm. Sauna und Whirlpool sind ein Genuss. Mit vier Schlafzimmern war für Jeden ausreichend Platz. Vom Haus aus kann man direkt zum Lilienstein wandern und auch sonst ist alles hervorragend erreichbar.Die Zufahrt ist durchaus herausfordernd. Etwas Bodenfreiheit sollte das Auto haben.Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns wieder ins Elbsandsteingebirge zieht.

Das Haus war super gelegen und war allgemein auch sehr passend für uns mit schönen Momenten. Hr. Schluchtmann war auch sehr leicht zu erreichen und konnte auch das Haus uns super vorstellen. Einzige kleinere Mankos: - Küche hatte an sich alles was man braucht aber ich finde für so ein großes Haus wären noch ein paar zusätzliche Kochutensilien ganz hilfreich, bspw. große Schalen. - paar kleinere Sachen (wie Jalousien unten) war leider durch Winter nicht vollständig nutzbar.

Perfecte ligging

Goed uitgerust 4 slaapkamerhuis, waarvan 1 kleine kamer met dubbel bed. Drie badkamers, kleine keuken met te weinig pannen en potten om vlot zelf te koken. Ook nogal weinig plaats om te eten in de keuken. Wij waren met 4 en dat lukte net. Mooie sauna met whirlpoolbad. Ideale uitvalsbasis om de streek te verkennen.

Fotos lassen Wohnzimmer und Küche größer wirken

Wohnzimmer und Küche sind zum bequemen sitzen für 8 Personen etwas klein. Das Haus ist groß genug damit sich alle bequem irgendwo aufhalten können. Wenn aber alle ( wir waren 8 Personen, davon ein Baby) zusammen im Wohnzimmer oder Küche sein möchten, ist es zu klein.

Ruhige Lage, schöner Ausblick, stylische Innengestaltung. Familiäre Entspannung garantiert. Hinweise: 24 Stunden Treppenbeleuchtung ist zuviel des Guten. Küchenwäsche aufstocken.
