The recently renovated apartment (non-smoking) is located in a detached house, which was built in 1936. The charm of the house is due in no small part to the Art Nouveau style. The apartment is located on the first floor of the property and has an area of approx. 75m², with the spacious living room taking up the largest part. The living room is divided into a romantic and a retro area. The romantic side of the living room includes cozy seating and a 40-inch LED TV. The retro area is furnished in the "US dinner style" of the 1950s and features dinner seating and a jukebox from that era. The jukebox offers a varied selection of music that will certainly take you back in time on cozy evenings.
The bedroom has a double bed and also has an idyllic, romantic feel.
The kitchen was created in a "country house style" and contains pretty much everything you need. From the kitchen you can access a small, south-west facing balcony with a sun awning, which is also at your disposal and offers an unobstructed view over the Jossa Valley.
The bathroom is located between the living room and kitchen. This contains a spacious shower area and the usual sanitary facilities.
In the rear courtyard area of the house there is a newly planted wildflower meadow and garden seating furniture, which invite you to linger in comfort. From this area you can access a separate cellar area with your own key. You can use this room to safely store any bicycles you may have brought with you. E-bikes can also be charged here, and a portable charcoal barbecue is also available.
