The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned bungalow with shared pool for rent in Baie-Mahault. It has a surface area of 40 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It comprises a 20 m² covered veranda/terrace with an equipped kitchenette, a beautiful bedroom with an open bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A covered veranda/terrace with a table, sofa, armchairs, and a kitchenette equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more.
- A bedroom with a queen-size canopy bed (160×200) and an open bathroom with a shower, double sink, and toilet.

A mezzanine with two mattresses on the floor (the access ladder is steep).

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- Enjoy sunny days in a 400 m² enclosed garden with trees and a 20 m² terrace with furniture
- Shared swimming pool with the owners (10 x 4 m, unheated)
Access hours: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Closed: Monday from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Friday from 5:00 p.m. and Saturday morning.
Outside guests are not allowed.

The bungalow is ideally located in Baie-Mahault, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- The accommodation is located within a wellness center offering aquagym, yoga, and Pilates classes, as well as massages and reflexology (at an additional cost).

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the enclosed private parking lot.

- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
- The accommodation has a security system located outside the bungalow (the camera films the access path)
