On a property of 25 acres with no neighbours nearby, yet only 6 minutes from the vibrant and artsy centre of Baie-Saint-Paul in the Charlevoix region. 10 minutes from the beach of BSP, 20 minutes from the ski hill Le Massif, 1 hour from the whale-watching spot of Baie-Sainte-Catherine/ Tadoussac
