The hospitality of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms is what makes this hotel stand out and guest such as myself and co workers keep coming back ! The pool is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast & coffee always on point. Best hotel around!

Great place and was newly renovated. There was some confusion as to if the pool was open or not some days due to cleaning but people would still use it. The outside of my room in the breeze way smelled like cat urin at times and was strong. The morning breakfast was good though and the staff was all very nice.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful. From check in to check out ! The river/park is nearby as well as historic downtown which has shopping and dining options. The room was modernized and very clean. Staff knowledgeable and friendly! Breakfast had a variety of options & tasteful! Will definitely be recommending and returning

Visiting over the weekend.

Only has 2 room options. Had 5 people (my MIL, my 4 kids and I visiting my husband in. Bainbridge Ga. I put 4 people they only had 2 towels in the bathroom. When i took the kids swimming i asked for 2 towels and was told they didnt have ANY even though there were only 7 cars there the entire time. The breakfast was good, only a few options to choose from. The maid never came to our room to get our trash. While the room was remodeled recently the bathtub was dirty upon arrival. No trashcan for femine products in the bathroom. Not sure who the woman at the desk was during the morning time darker complexion and darker hair was the only helpful one there the entire time. I know it was very rainy during our trip however the pool was FILLED with bugs as if it wasnt cleaned out in a while.

We like that this hotel is close to the river and park. The front desk and housekeeping ladies are super nice and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms smell nice and are very spacious and clean. We enjoy the coffee and breakfast. Will be returning often

STAY AWAY!!!

Horrible hotel, I should say Motel because that’s what it looks like. Cockroaches all over the rooms… overall dirty. People hanging outside partying. We didn’t feel safe. They don’t even have a phone in the rooms.

smoke,roach,not clean

there were hairs in the bathtub, a roach in the bathroom. sqare small bulky pillows. old AC unit. it was Not smoker, but the room smelled like smoke, very strong and terrible smell
