The front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Check in was seamless. The parking appeared to be safe and the rooms were clean. My only issue is that the elevators were not operational my entire stay and I was on the third floor. I can’t really complain about the noise because people have the right to come and go and do things as they please but it was noisy. Really noisy.
I couldn’t even actually stay at this property the elevator was not functioning. The receptionist told me that they only had availability on the 4th floor. I had just recently had a back surgery and they couldn’t even have an accommodation or a solution for all the inconveniences. Had called two days prior to my reservation to make sure everything would run smoothly and they never said anything about the elevator not functioning and that’s the same day it stop working. Very bad service.
They asked for deposit at location. Room was booked for our construction team. They refused to take our card over the phone.
Had to go different hotel w/o this hassle. Don’t get refund even though we had paid Expedia’s ‘insurance’ saying reason doesn’t meet their rules.
Oh well.
