Poor check-in. Was

Arrived to check in called hostess who told to call her partner for directions. Did so, he said no booking, I said I had written confirmation. He said call whoever I booked with to get money back!! Got sorted eventually after 1 hour delay as rooms had to be cleaned etc. Internet did not work, the kitchen was very grubby, decided not to use it. A large sitting room with peanuts over the floor and tables, plastic packages on floor, overpriced, avoid. Very disappointed.
Stayed 2 nights in May 2021
