Smith Hotel is an old hotel that is walking distance to a metro station (Ganjlik). There is a Grandmart supermarket nearby open 24 hours, and there is a KFC just downstairs. It is actually a crowded area with some schools and a busy street. My room was facing behind the building so it was not noisy. I think the front desk was not as sensitive to my needs as they were supposed to be. I called them regarding the TV remote not working properly and the fridge not being cold enough. I honestly could not resolve those issues with the front desk at all. My remote and my fridge were still the same as I was checking out as I checked in. Sorry about that.
