The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood in the western part of the city. In the large 400m2 garden you will find a covered parking space, swimming pool, barbecue and garden furniture. The well-tended garden has a cozy atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity of the house there is a shop, restaurant, outdoor pool and tennis court. Lake Balaton is just 300m away.

This spacious yet cozy apartment is located on the first and second floors of the building and has a total area of 145 m2. It has been comfortably furnished. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms each furnished with a double bed; a living room with cable TV; a separate toilet and a bathroom with a bathtub. The kitchen is also located here and is fully-equipped including a cooker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, TV, dishes, pans, plates, glasses – in short, everything you need. The second floor also has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. In the building you can connect to the Internet with your laptop via WLAN.
