The check-in and check-out process was very easy and fast without a deposit. The FO gave me a room with a nice view, the sea and the pool. The room was clean, the AC was cold, the shower was very strong. but now they don't provide bar soap, shower cap, toothbrush in the bathroom but when you check in, they will ask for this and if you need it, they will give it to you. everything is ok, only the security in front of the lobby door must be alert if guests bring a lot of luggage. Great Stay

Hotel is about 20 minutes taxi drive from Sepinggan International Airport. My room got full view of the sea. Hotel is about 10 minutes to the beach and many pubs line the beach. Hotel is also 10 minutes walk to Plaza Balikpapan for shopping. Hotel Lobby is modern and check in a breeze with English speaking staff. Room is big and clean, wifi is fast. There are a lot of varieties in breakfast buffet, with local and western selection.

Beautifully hotel with a nice breakfast. I have always been a bit provoked by hotels asking ut to save environment by conserving on towels.On this hotel they seemed more serious having replaced all plastic water bottles by glass jug, and multiple water dispensers in the corridor. Easy checkin and check out and no issues with anything. The best hotel visted on this two week roundtrip in Asia and Australia .

Facilities and rooms are in disrepair. Non-smoking room is filled with tobacco smell. Room is incredibly cold. Travelers also need to be warned of the SPA on 2nd floor - paid for 90 mins but ended after 55 โ€” dishonest practice and low quality materials were used. Face was swollen for one week after that. The only asset is hotel staff.
