Then the "Heimatliebe" is just right, the ground-floor newly renovated 2.5 room "Heimatliebe" is located in a detached villa and has a separate entrance in a beautiful location on the outskirts of Balingen, which invites you to relax. The apartment can accommodate 2 people and has 64 mÂČ of living space and a private courtyard garden with comfortable seating, so you can really relax. The cozy living and sleeping area offers a large box spring bed with a comfortable sofa corner and a flat screen TV, WiFi and a bookshelf. Great place to stay, and the host was very nice and personable. We had a car rental so transportation was not an issue for us, but it is not a big town so everything is easily accessible on foot. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, would definietly stay there again!

Wir waren von der Einliegerwohnung wirklich sehr begeistert! Ruhige Lage, super Anbindung zur B27, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. sehr schöne und gemĂŒtliche Ferienwohnung

Auf der Suche nach paar Tagen Erholung fanden wir hier genau das Richtige. Eine toll ausgestattete und sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in toller ruhiger Lage. Balingen ist eine schöne Stadt und guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge. In der Ferienwohnung befindet sich auch Infomaterial als UntestĂŒtzung der Ausflugs- und Wanderplanungen. FußlĂ€ufig können aber auch Innenstadt und Restaurants erreicht werden. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Check- In und Check-out liefen völlig unkompliziert. Die Vermieterin ist eine super sympatische Frau die jederzeit erreichbar gewesen wĂ€re. Vielen Dank an Michaela Heuser fĂŒr diesen erholsamen Urlaub.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Eine echt tolle, super modern und liebevoll ausgestattete sowie ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Hier fehlt es wirklich an gar nichts. Alles, was wir brauchten, war vorhanden. FĂŒr Selbstversorger die ideale Unterkunft. Wir haben 6 Wander- und Fahrradtage in Balingen und Umgebung verbracht. Und dann hatten wir auch noch das GlĂŒck, wĂ€hrend unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes warmes Sonnenwetter geniessen zu können. Besser kann es nicht sein. DarĂŒber hinaus hat man mit Michaela eine Ă€ußerst nette, unkomplizierte und ĂŒberaus hilfreiche Gastgeberin! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt! DafĂŒr noch unseren herzlichen Dank!

Vielen Dank an Michaela Heuser fĂŒr diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Ich habe mich in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, sie ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und ich konnte hervorragend schlafen. Balingen Ist ein exzellenter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Wanderungen. Das wird sicher nicht mein letzter Aufenthalt in Balingen sein.

Urlaub in Corona Zeiten

Die Fewo war super schön dekoriert. Leider war fĂŒr unser Empfinden in der Anzeige nicht explizit genug hervor gehoben das Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer ein Raum sind . Die Wohnung ist eine Souterrainewohnung, dh einige Fenster liegen in einem Lichtschacht und die Hauptfenster vom Eß-und Wohnzimmer sind unter Straßenniveau. Die KĂŒche hat gar kein Fenster. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hat zum Empfang Obst und eine Flasche Wasser bereit gestellt . Außerdem war sie in Sachen An- und Abreise sehr flexibel. Die Fewo liegt 10 Gehminuten von der Innenstadt entfernt so das man Restaurants prima fußlĂ€ufig erreichen kann. Außerdem stand in der Wohnung ausreichend Infomaterial fĂŒr AusflĂŒge zur VerfĂŒgung.

Zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Die Unterkunft entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren nur einige Tage dort, aber die Unterkunft bietet sich auch fĂŒr einen lĂ€ngeren Aufenthalt an. In die Stadt sind es nur einige Minuten und Balingen ist eine toller Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Frau Hauser ist eine sehr aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Meine Partnerin hatte in der Unterkunft ihre Kopfhöhrer vergessen. Frau Heuser hat uns deshalb extra noch einmal angeschrieben und eine Übersendung angeboten. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafĂŒr !

Traumhafte Tage

Mein Kurzurlaub wird mir immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Zur BegrĂŒĂŸung erwartete mich frisches Obst und GetrĂ€nke. Die Wohnung ist super eingerichtet und man fĂŒhlt sich sofort wie zu Hause. Die Vermieterin hat mit dieser Unterkunft ein kleines WohlgefĂŒhl gezaubert. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nĂ€chstes Jahr wiederkommen. Ich freue mich schon jetzt darauf.
