This luxurious holiday home with its own jetty in Balk, Frisian, is very suitable for holidays with the family. The house is located on a small-scale villa park with a direct connection to the Frisian Slotermeer. The water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area, a smart TV and a spacious dining table. The furnishings are very modern. The villa has a downstairs bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with an ensuite bathroom and a separate bathroom. So a lot of luxury and privacy.

Balk, located in the Frisian Lake District, is characterized by its historic center located on the Luts River, part of the Eleven Cities Route. You can shop extensively along the canal or sit at one of the cozy terraces. The unique villages along the Elfstedentocht route are also definitely worth a visit.

Die Lage war günstig, in der Nähe von Geschäften und der schönen Balksterstrân für entspannende Spaziergänge. Jedes Schlafzimmer fühlte sich wie ein privater Rückzugsort an, besonders das mit dem eigenen Bad. Wir verbrachten unsere Morgenstunden mit Kaffee auf der Terrasse mit Blick aufs Wasser – einfach herrlich! Der nahegelegene Yachthafen von Lutsmond bot tolle Möglichkeiten zum Bootfahren, und die Kinder liebten den hoteleigenen Wasserpark. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!
