This motel is very close to restaurants and retail shops, and the room was spacious enough for four of us. My only issue is with the parking. I was unable to get into my allocated space as it's at an awkward angle and other cars blocked my way.

2 adults + 2 kids staying in a family room. Great value for money. Room decor was dated but clean so it still ticked all our boxes for a 2 night stay. Warm beds, free wifi with good signal, spacious room size, great location near Coles, awesome shower water pressure and fluffy new towels. For the priced we paid I was pleasantly surprised at quality. Customer service by front reception desk when we called to see if we could check in earlier was greatly appreciated. Happy to stay again next time we are in Ballarat !

Motel is very dated and in urgent need of a good clean. Bathroom in room was dirty and had spider webs. Carpet is filthy and Owner/Manager needs a lesson in customer service.

Check-in was easy and friendly. Room was spacious and clean. All good. But The shower dripped ALL night, we tried several things to stop it, hence we barely slept. If you have a large car, do not stay here. Parking spaces were tiny and very awkward to get in & out of.

Situated between a pub and a church with lots of dining options all within minutes walk. Spacious room, clean but dated. Microwave, kettle and toaster provided. All you need really but does have a steep driveway if mobility is an issue.
