Booked the top room for the spa. Spa was not working. Aircon didnt blow out anything and in 30degree days made it unbearable. Air vents full of dust. Paid for parking which you need to call reception to open gate. Calls went unanswered so stuck outside and inside

Was visited by the ghost of Walter Craig. Very uneasy feeling throughout the building, could not sleep the entire night, building and staff were amazing but the place is haunted
