This was a really disappointing stay as it was meant to be a treat for our first night away together in a very long time. The property is lovely and the room was solid, but for the price we expected a bit more. The room was so light we needed eye masks ideally. There were spider webs in all the high/harder to reach areas & some ants in the fridge. None of this was too bothersome, but the distinct sewerage smell in the bathroom the next morning, made way worse when we had the fan on to shower, was really gross. We let reception know, and none of it was enough to make us change accommodation, but it was really off-putting, especially for $200/night.

The new rooms here are lovely but the older courtyard room we had on this second trip was outdated and needed a deep clean. Beds were comfortable but bathroom needs a facelift or a really good clean and has no heating so is absolutely freezing.

Pleasant single-night family stay

Nice single-night stay with young family. Cot provided. I wasn’t aware that the apartment was double story so we had to keep a close eye on 2-year old from going up/down the stairs. All-in-all a pleasant stay

receptionist was cold rude and half asleep with lots of people waiting, more staff needed. I told her and showed her i’d paid but she made me pay again!! was refunded the next day. Green internet light flashed on and off all night. we were put in an average room in a building that resembled an old school dorm - old carpet etc. I’ve stayed here before and i know they have nicer rooms but we were given a terrible one.

Lovely night , room for two cars to park which was handy. Clean and loved that they have movies all ready for you to watch free of charge. Comfy bed, hot shower and brekky available.
