Villa Vista Del Mar is a gorgeous multi-level villa overlooking the spectacular Dominicalito Bay. The unique landscape of mountain rainforest overlooking the ocean makes it a perfect place to relax

with family and friends on the expansive decks and pool patio. This property is in a community which has a waterfall accessible just five minutes from the house.



The villa:



The main entrance of the house is on the middle level where you can enjoy panoramic views of the mountain rainforest and ocean. This level of the house is dedicated to the living space and the kitchen. There is a kitchen island that seats three, a large live edge custom wood table that seats eight, and a large wrap around couch. You will also enjoy spectacular sunsets from the expansive decking that spans the entire length of the house which includes two seating areas, a large teak

table for outdoor dining, as well as an outdoor barbecue with bar top overlooking the panoramic scenery. The kitchen is well equipped with all the items one would expect. The main living area also features a 65’ television.



There are 4 bedrooms in the villa:



Bedroom #1: The master bedroom is secluded on the top level. It is very large with complete panoramic views of the rainforest and ocean. There is an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a pebble floor shower with a rain head fixture and frameless glass. This room also has a very large walk-in closet with custom teak shelving.



Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the ocean from your private covered deck, or indoors from the bistro table or chaise lounge. There is also a small deck with glass French doors on the front side of this room overlooking the front drive. This room also includes a 50-inch TV and blackout shades.



The other 3 bedrooms are located on the bottom floor. Each enjoys panoramic views of the rainforest and ocean, blackout shades and outdoor decking and seating.



All downstairs bedrooms also have access to the pool. The pool deck is very large with a Bali stone pool and splash deck.

The splash deck and in-pool bench seating are a great place to unwind after a day at the beach while taking in the gorgeous sunsets. The pool deck has regular seating and lounge chairs as well as in pool loungers and multiple umbrellas.



Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed, ensuite bath, a covered balcony with hanging Bali-chairs, a walk-in closet, and blackout shades.



Bedroom #3 is very large with a king size bed, amazing wrap around views, a balcony and blackout shades.



Bedroom #4 has a queen size bed with a single bed above it. It can be an excellent space for a children’s bedroom or a family bedroom. It also includes its own balcony, amazing wrap around views, and blackout shades.



Bedrooms #3 and #4 share a generous bathroom with a large double vanity and walk in shower.



Modern decoration and a well-equipped brand-new kitchen with American grade appliances will help create perfect meals for the entire group. It doesn’t end there. The BBQ area includes a bar and outdoor seating. This is a perfect spot to hang out and have a cold drink. At the pool you’ll find three pool umbrellas and two in-pool loungers making this a great spot to spend more time enjoying the spectacular ocean and jungle views. The views from the entire common areas and bedrooms are wild and exotic. It is not uncommon to see toucans, monkeys or scarlet macaws passing by as this area is one of the most bio-diverse ecosystems on the planet.

Ground transportation options:



1. **Private Airport Shuttle**: Enjoy direct transportation from Sjo Airport to the villa. Prices range from around $350 to $450 each way, depending on the season and the number of guests.

The journey takes approximately 3.5 hours.



2. **Car Rental**: We can arrange a premium 4x4 SUV rental car for you, allowing you to travel at your own pace from Sjo Airport to the villa.



3. **Private Airport Shuttle + Car Rental**: Combine the benefits of both options. The private airport shuttle will transport you from Sjo Airport to the villa, where 1 or 2 rental cars will be waiting. This allows you to explore the area without the need to visit the rental car agency.



Air transportation options:



4. **Seamless Arrival and Scenic Transfer**: Opt for a picturesque, 25-minute flight from Sjo to Quepos with Sansa Airlines or Green Airways, available daily from 7:50 Am to 4:00 Pm. Upon arrival in Quepos, choose between a private shuttle or a pre-arranged automatic 4x4 rental car to

take you directly to our beautiful villa.



5. **Private Airplane Experience**: For an exclusive option, book a private jet for up to 10 people from Sjo Airport to Quepos Airport. A shuttle will be ready upon your arrival to take your entire group on a 40-minute scenic drive straight to the villa. This option ensures that your group
