Building under renovation
The day before we arrived we received notification from the property manager that the buidling would be under renovation with scaffolding surrounding the front of the buidling. We were not able to use the garage as the repair men had parked their cars in front of our allocated garage. At one stage were was workman's tools in our garage. The worst of this holiday nightmare was the jackhammer that was in operation from approx. 8.30 am to 4.00 pm. The unit is in need of an update. This unit should not have been offered for rent when the repairs to the building were in operation. After my husband spoke to the property manager and they spoke to the owners we received a 30% reduction in our rent. It was not the holiday we planned!

Parking garage
One of the other tenants was blocking access to the garage on two separate occasions. After the property manager was informed of the situation , and speaking with another tenant, the owner of the offending vehicle was made aware of the issue. No more parking in front of the units garage.
