Cozy In-law apt, minutes to SPAC and Saratoga Springs, Pet-Friendly. Hot Tub!

Comfy cozy, pet friendly, super clean and super affordable. Use of Hot Tub on Deck. TV in bedroom and family room. Close to skating, snowmobiling, confers, fairs, etc. I have everything you need. Of note, you need to walk through the house to get to the apt, but I am very friendly and rarely around.
