I like the fact that it is close to restaurants and shopping areas. I did not like the fact that this is not the safest area.

Called for early check in and was told they did not do them. Not the safest of areas to walk a block and a half to the parking deck. Had roaches in my room.

When we arrived at the hotel (Candlewood Suites Baltimore Inner Harbor) we were told they did not have a reservation in our name and that they were fully booked for the night. We could not reach anyone for a refund and had to book at another hotel that ended up costing us a lot more money. Still trying to reach someone for a refund. Will never use Travelocity for booking again.
