Night time front desk need re-training

Room was completely fine and what I paid for. But front desk service needs re-training for their night time personnel handling the desk. First night checking in the lady was very non-attentive and did not greet us or anything. Second night we had to walk back from the bus station because we could not reach the front desk for the shuttle service that was provided by them for whatever reason. It was always the night time front desk personnel that gave us all the issues.

3rd stay at this property. Located across the street from Cracker barrel (2 min walk). Spacious and clean rooms, staff is nice. Breakfast is also good at the hotel with a variety of choices including hot food.
