The only issue I had was the parking garage when it was time for us to leave, It seemed really confusing wandering around with different exits being closed so it made it very hard to get to an event on time due to that. But otherwise the stay was great and there was nothing negative to report. Staff was friendly, check in and out process was seamless and rooms were clean!

Nice room. Very clean. Eco friendly without a slew of small plastic bottles. Huge hotel. It may take you a while to get to your room The worst part was most of the elevators were broken which is why I rated condition as poor. How to almost all elevators break at once? It was a very full hotel. Long lines everywhere. The saving grace was the staff who worked extra hard to help overcome all the inconvenience. Without the staff this would have been a terrible experience.

Elevators were broken. Room was dirty, red stains on carpet. View from room was the inside of a dead hotel with flickering lights and unpowered escalators. Had do-not-disturb on door but housekeeper knocked at 9:30am. Parking requires an app in a garage that doesn't have cell service.

Reserved 2 queens but got 2 fulls. Was told over the phone parking was included but it was not. Also neighbors were very loud but that’s not the fault of the hotel. Overall definitely not the worst but not the best.

I always love this hotel. I stay here any time I come to Baltimore. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and I especially love the happy hour during Ravens game day. The rooms are always comfortable and clean. The most recent stay though I found it strange that there were no electrical outlets in the bathroom. I could tell it was newly renovated. Did they not have an electrical inspection? Also out of 4 elevators, only one was working during our entire one night stay. When the hotel is full for a football game, this is not ideal.
