Watch the deer roam and play on this peaceful 5 acre homestead. Only 3 miles from the middle of town where you will find a grocery store, restaurants, bars and antiques. Do some small town shopping at some of our wonderful merchants in town. Bring your RV or your tent and camping equipment and come stay a while. It's beautiful here! Very close to Boerne, San Antonio & Kerrville; all are within 40 minutes of your stay. With Fredericksburg, New Braunfels and Canyon Lake about an hour away. Come enjoy the simple life.
