Incredible placing of this hotel, with a lovely pool, nice staff and room prices matching the comfort and location. Go to near by Saint Cyr Sur Mer BEAUTIFUL beach and slower pace than the more commercial town Bandol

Well worth a visit.

Second stay in two weeks. Friendly staff. Excellent, copious food in Restanques. Relaxing surroundings with great views. Family room (accept) had super sea views. Saturday breakfasts can be busy with the odd slip up such as cold scrambled eggs.

It was good stay. Friendly personnel ready to help with everything but need slight mprovement with English language. This is an old facility and needs to get little bit of modern touch such as usb and usb-c outlets. Hooks and shelves in the toilets needs to be better maintained and attached properly. The internal doors in apartment were not aligned properly on the hinges so could not get closed properly as well as locks on the doors.

AVOID!! Total disaster, éviter !

Check in was one hour late, pool was overcrowded due to check-out guest was still there, which the pool security guy stated was normal (no system), but we got no sun chairs so we could not use the pool during our stay, so we ate at the resturant, it was hefty overpriced and barley eatable. The staff was lazy. The hotel is in great need of an upgrade. Just avoid this hotel, you are going to be disappointed.

Les bastides c’est cool pour l’indépendance mais quand le voisin laisse aboyé son chien de 7h30 à 10h un dimanche matin… Le personnel a oublié de fermé une porte de chambre communicante, je reçois un appel me demandant de revenir au plus tôt libérer la chambre.. honteux quand toutes nos affaires sont à l’intérieur et que cette même chambre est louée à une autre famille.. Restaurant sympa service agréable Pour un 4* on s’attends à mieux..

Tout était parfait mais un gros bémol sur une prestation à la réservation concernant la piscine couverte et chauffée qui n’était pas disponible du à une panne durant depuis plusieurs jours et mettant une eau à 17 degrés donc impossible d’en profiter. De ce fait je souhaite une remise sur le prix payé n’ayant donc pas eu cette prestation que je comptais utilisé à mon après-midi de mon arrivée et au matin le lendemain avant de partir . Sinon hormis cela un complexe hôtelier magnifique et un personnel très agréable
