A magnificent, air-conditioned family villa just 5 minutes from the ocean.

Charming and family villa of more than 200m2, quiet in a haven of peace.

Built in 1800, and completely refurbished and modernized, I am the proud owner of this charming house full of history.

It is located 5 minutes from the beaches and the city centre by car, as well as 10 minutes from the nearest shop.

This modern house is located in a private and enclosed property.
Fully equipped to accommodate up to 10 people, it has a huge garden, air conditioning and private access to the property with 3 parking spaces.

This huge garden equipped with deckchairs, barbecue and a large outdoor table will allow you to relax in complete privacy.

The house consists of 5 bedrooms. 4 double bedrooms upstairs and a large children's room on the first floor.

On the first floor is a very bright and spacious dining room and living room facing south, with a beautiful open kitchen fully equipped with direct access to the terrace and the garden. As well as a separate toilet, and a very large laundry room with a dressing room. There is also a second terrace giving access to the living room.

Upstairs you have a shower room / WC and a bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 shower and 1 whirlpool bath. As well as a terrace shared by each room.

Bed linen and towels can be rented at an additional cost.
