The staff was amazing …but the area, room and view left much to be desired. My room overlooked a small dirty neighborhood of shacks. The bed was very hard and the room itself and bathroom was less impressive than I had hoped for the high rating this hotel received.

Great hotel for decent price. Great breakfast buffet options with a coffee machine. Very close to the airport, so great for transiting. Will need to catch a bolt/grab/taxi to get to anywhere of interest however. Very far from a lot of places.

There were no VIP benefits available. The only issue I had was trying to contact them for a shuttle from the airport to hotel. On the flip side they was already there waiting for me. In other words if you stay here, just relax, the staff will take care of you. Definitely stay here again when I come back.
