Not an airport hotel

We were looking for a hotel that had convenient transport to and from Don Mueng International Airport so we picked the Best Western Nada. However, they only provide 4 daily times for free shuttles to the airport. We ended up having to take a taxi to the airport because our flight didn't work with their shuttle schedule. This is NOT a place to stay if you want a place with easy transport to Don Mueng which is still 30 minutes by cab because of traffic. Claiming it to be convenient to the airport is not exactly true. Think twice if you need to book an airport hotel. Otherwise a standard 3-star hotel with average breakfast.

There were both good staff and bad staff. There isn’t consistent service, I’d say. Overall, it was okay to stay here. It was convenient to have a supermarket in front of the hotel. Recommending for the last min souvenir shopping. Surprisingly, their breakfast had many options and it was great. Although I had water leak in the room and they immediately changed my room. However, no apologies. Maybe it has to do with the language issue?
