We stayed her for a few nights before we flew out of BKK. The property and the building were clean and nice and the service was good. When you order room service via their app they make you chose a tip amount before they deliver your food. I feel like this is a bit awkard and unprofessional. Several times when we got our food the order was either slightly wrong or the food was slightly cold or not salmon not cooked all the way through. We chose to tip when we signed the slip after our food was delivered. The room was comfortable and clean and had a small balcony which was nice, no complaints with the room at all. The location of the swimming pool is not good if you want sunshine, the sun goes behind the building by 13:00 and the entire swimming pool is in the shade the rest of the day. The water temperature in the shower fluctuates from cold to EXTREMELY hot without notice, almost a dangerous hot. Something they should seriously fix stat. They have a nice shuttle service that goes to the airport every hour. The food is average at best but overall for the price and location not a bad stay at all.

Extremely clean room, very new interior design and furnishings, it feels like I'm in a model room. Amenities were easy to use, glass water bottles were complimentary. Perfect for a layover or casual weekend stay in Bangkok. Less than 10-15 minutes drive from BKK airport. It's also across from some food malls and cafes around the same street, not too shabby! Hotel dining was amazing in the lobby, the Pad Thai and Mango Sticky Rice were really great, humongous portion size for a reasonable price, also the fresh coconut juice is bottomless and so, so sweet.

Garden access room was fabulous, not huge but perfect for us, beautiful setting with outside terrace and direct access to the pool. Beds and shower great. Some larger towels and proper coffee in room are the only improvements I would recommend.

Excellent hotel. Probably the nicest Courtyard in the chain, and I have been to a lot of them. Clean and in great condition. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful. Busy place, with lots of people coming and going, because of the airport. Worth it because I had an overnight layover in BKK.

Service and accommodation was 5 star all the way around. My only issue was with the lady at the currency exchange counter. She was rude, and acted as if she didn't want to help me as soon as I walked in the door. Otherwise, I will definitely be back.
